Return Policy on all Products 

If you are not fully satisfied within 14 days of the purchase date, please return your order to us for store credit. Email our dedicated customer service at

The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging with all the documentation, components and accessories (if included) to insure full credit.

We do NOT accept returns of any products containing software.

All Clearance Item sales are final, and we will not process returns.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 4 weeks (28 days) after receiving the item. If you have any questions about the restocking fee as it pertains to your order, please email us before returning the product back to us.
