Return Policy on all Products 

If you are not fully satisfied within 30 days of the purchase date, please return your order to us for store credit. Email our dedicated customer service at

The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging with all the documentation, components and accessories (if included) to insure full credit.

We do NOT accept returns of any products containing software.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and the shipping fees we spent on shipping the product to you, will be deducted from the buyer's store credit. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) after receiving the item. If you have any questions about the restocking fee as it pertains to your order, please email us before we ship the product as once it leaves the warehouse we have incurred our cost.

Note: Shipping charges cannot be refunded.


Damaged or Defective Items 
If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken components if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense.

Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not always able to express ship replacement pieces.
